  • Polymer reaction engineering (mathematical modeling of multiphase reactors);
  • Chemical reaction engineering (modeling, simulation and optimization of reactors in close collaboration with industrial partners);
  • Multiscale modeling of drug delivery devices;
  • Molecular dynamics simulations in collaboration with experimental partners: simulation of amphiphilic polymers in solution, colloidal systems (functionalized polymeric nanoparticles) and protein aggregation;
  • Application of enhanced sampling methods (metadynamics simulations);
